Return & Refund Policy

Products are handmade and may have mini imperfections. EP.1.C Ember DesignZ is not responsible for replacing products, or providing refunds, due to the following reasons:

1. Loss or stolen packages

2. UPS or Other Mailing Delays

3. Acts of God or nature

4. Failure of the client to correctly input the required information.

Once the order has been placed, the client will be sent a proof to approve before the design is finalized. Once the design is approved and production has begun, no changes may be made.
